With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roland Robert Harkum (Baltimore, Maryland), who passed away on October 1, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother William Harkum; his nephew Patrick Shawn Moran; and his friend Kevin Deeley. He is survived by: his sisters, Loretta Moran (Timothy), Mary Lou Farley and Theresa Harkum; and his nieces and nephews, Timothy Moran, Jr., Peggy Aneuscki, Elizabeth Neissner, Kathy Meagher, William Harkum and Shelley Kaoukorus.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, 501 Front Street, Norfolk, VA 23510.
