It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby E. Williams (Baltimore, Maryland), born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on May 30, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Michael, Kathryn and Glorio F. Logan of Washington, DC.. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
