He was predeceased by: his spouse Carole Ann Dillow. He is survived by: his children, Katherine T. Dillow and Mark A. Dillow, Sr.; his wife Tiffany Dillow; his grandchildren, Mark A. Dillow, Jr. and Pauline A. Dillow; and also Russell L. Dillow. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
