He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Victoria Malpass; his children, Scott R. Malpass, II and Mitchell A. Malpass; his parents, Thomas G. Malpass and Phyliss Rinker Malpass; his siblings, Thomas H. Malpass and Todd W. Malpass; and his parent-in-law Clovita.
