It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Dougher (Baltimore, Maryland), who passed away on August 17, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Thomas R. Dougher; her children, Kevin M. Dougher (Eva), Tracey D. Smith and Craig S. Dougher; her grandchildren, Bradley D., Lauren M. and Bethany L. Smith; and her sister Patricia A. Gies. She was also cherished by three great grandchildren.
