She was predeceased by: her spouse John Louis Kraushofer. She is survived by: her children, Maureen Meehan (Paul Kevin) and Melissa Casterline; her grandchildren, Ashley (Nick), Patrick, Spencer and Olivia; her great grandchild Nolan; and her sibling Irvin Gamber (Judy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers at the family's request donations in Shirley's memory may be directed to Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church.
