She was predeceased by: her husband Irvin Snyder; her brother Martin Balk; her parents, Jacob Balk and Rebecca Balk (Jacobs); and her sister-in-law Hannah Sober (Snyder).
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Marsha Reichlyn (Coleman), Arlene Yehudas Snyder (Bruce), Leslie Diane Portney (David) and Barbara Gail Prince (Jack); her sister Martha Glasner (Meier); her grandchildren, Lauren Hurley (Travis), Daniel Snyder (Elisa), Jessica Portney, Ben Portney, Jeremy Prince (Patty), Bryan Prince and Rachel Wendy Reichlyn; her great grandchild Henry Jabari Hurley; her cousins, Ida Gulin, Joan Schoenfeld (Stuart) and Jeffrey Gulin (Corinne); her nephew Ira Meier (Rita); and her nieces, Sherryl Silberman (David) and Susan Trail (Steven).
