She was predeceased by: her father Arnold Seyfferth. She is survived by: her husband David Mezzanotte; her daughters, Becky Mezzanotte-Blizard (Geoff) and Stephanie Mezzanotte (Eric Hutson); her grandchild Ryan William Hutson; her mother Nancy Seyfferth; and her siblings, Cheryl Byer (Julian) and Gene Seyfferth (Katherine).
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations in Stacy's honor be made to either the National Pancreatic Cancer Fund or the Skip-Viragh Outpatient Cancer Center at John's Hopkins.
