He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Joe Balcerowicz. He is survived by: his wife Denise A. Higley; his children, Justin A. Higley (Amy) and Kyle M. Higley (Kate); his grandchildren, Ryan, Vivienne, Delaney and Parker; his mother-in-law Dot; his sister-in-law Lynette Brzuchalski; his sibling's children, Andrew and Casey Brzuchalski; and his pet Winkey.
