He was predeceased by : his brother Barry Lazarus; and his parents, Priscilla Lazarus and David Lazarus. He is survived by : his children, Dr. Lewis Lazarus (Elise) and Robin Lazarus-Berlin (Greg Berlin); his brother Michael Lazarus (Joyce); and his grandchildren, Aidan Berlin, Ally Lazarus, Dani Lazarus and Lily Lazarus.
