She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph J. Waters; and her sister Marian Wilcox. She is survived by: her children, Tina Marie Baker (Jim), Carolyn Jane Rothwell (Bernard) and Joseph J Waters, Jr. (Pat); her sister Patricia C Hoopes; and her sibling's children, Barbara Scharf, Bonnie Kramer and Craig Hoopes. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
