He is survived by: his children, Donna Bollack, Kimberly Luedtke, Joyce Mozingo, Angela Bollack, Colleen Bollack, Gary Bollack and Linda Donovan; and his siblings, Earl Bollack, Norman Bollack, Benhardt, Mary, Elizabeth, Loretta and Raymond Bollack. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, loving relatives and friends.
