He was predeceased by: his children, Paul Cripps and Alma Cripps; and also Alma Taliaferro. He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Cripps; his children, Ben Cripps, Brian Ransdell and Jason Ransdell; and his sibling Doris Randall.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in memory of Dr. Thomas Cripps may be made to the Morgan State University Foundation to benefit The Library Fund/Cripps.
