He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Edith C. "Edie" Hynes; his children, Timothy Joseph Hynes, IV (Tammy) and Anne Kathleen Norfolk (Donald L. Norfolk, Jr.); his siblings, Ellen McCoy (Christopher) and Stephen Hynes; and his grandchildren, Owen, Charles, Flynn Hynes and Raegan Lily Norfolk.
