He is survived by: his wife Deborah Shryock; his daughters, Nicole Adkins, Tara Tarr and Deanna Tarr; his siblings, Richard, William and Tina Tarr; and his grandchildren, Angel, Lyric, Calloway, Alyssa and Jesse Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
