He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Stevens and Zita Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Dolores Stevens; and his children, Susan Gillham, Elaine Kossakowski (Stanley), Walter (Bo) and Laurie Benefiel (Mark). He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
