He was predeceased by: his former wife Linda Weinstein; and his parents, Rose Weinstein and Philip Weinstein. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Block; his stepson Philip (Susan); his son Dr. Adam Weinstein (Andrea); his brother David M. Weinstein (Sue Walen); and his grandsons, Jack and Parker Weinstein.
