He is survived by: his grandson Caleb; his daughters, Ragdoll Cats and Stephanie (Matthew Chrismer); his stepsons, Matthew, Adam and Nicholas Ridgeway; his grandchildren, Brianna, Billy, Anthony, Nataleigh, Evan and Ashlynn; and his siblings, Nancy (Lew Smith), Faye Lemmings and Ken Hagin (Faye).
