He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn E. Fleming; his daughter Janet Punko; and his brother Charles Fleming. He is survived by: his sons, William R. Fleming, III and Michael Fleming (Joanne). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces.
