He was predeceased by: his siblings, Curtice Russell and Mary Louise Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie S. Russell; and his children, Anne Rossi, Elizabeth Ruppert (William) and William T. Russell, III. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Our Daily Bread.
