He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Minnie Wynn; his children, William Bernard Wynn (Jennifer) of Gwynoak, MD, Linda Wynn, Cynthia Wynn and Donice Wynn of Windsormill, MD; his sisters, Lillian Watford of Colerain, NC and Mary Swaim of Ahoskie, NC; his grandchildren, Nate and Courtney Hancock; his father Richard Hancock, III of Windsormill, MD; and his great grandchild Brittney Ghee of Baltimore, MD. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
