She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas M. Bowen and Evelyn H. Bowen of Barstow, MD.; and her brother William Thomas Bowen. She is survived by: her siblings, Martha B. Jones and Douglas R. Bowen (Jean); her sister-in-law Betty R. Bowen; and her siblings' children, Lynn Bowen and Mark Watson. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Calvert Hospice or Full Gospel Assembly of God Church.
