We are sad to announce that on May 22, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Cecelia Ann Rougas of Bel Air, Maryland, born in Herkimer, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William W. Cool and Mary Cool (Canorro); her nephews, Melvin Cool and Lewis Licari; her siblings, Dorothy Licari (Salvatore), Chester Cool (Ella), William Cool (Helen) and Pasquale Cool (Michael); her aunt Rose Ottaviani (Peter); and her grandparents, Pasquale and Palma Canorro.

She is survived by: her grandson John Rougas (Deb) of Albany, NY; her great grandchildren, Jessica and Kaitlyn of Detroit, MI; her grandson Paul Rougas (Judy); her great grandchildren, Brendan, Lauren and Megan of Cranbury, NJ; her daughter Dr. MaryEllen Hanover (Bryan); her grandchildren, Jillian and Benjamin of Forest Hill, MD.; her siblings-in-law, Helen Cool of Ridgewood, NJ and Michael Stinchcomb of New York, NY; her nieces and nephews, Teresa Cool (Melvin) of Purcellville, VA and Ryan Cool of Purcellville, VA; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashlyn, Ryan James, Carl Cool of Ridgewood, NJ, Marie Hillicoss (Fred) of Albany, NY and Denise Cisternino (John) of Ocean View, NJ; and her niece Vita Licari (Vicki) of Bennettsville, SC.. She is also survived by husband of 60 years, and her loving children.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to God's Love We Deliver, a charity near and dear to Cecelia's loving heart.
