He is survived by: his wife Hope Clothier; his children, Stephanie Giangiulio (Peter), D. Jeffrey (Ali) and David Lyle; his former wife Norma Miller of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Amanda Giangiulio (Peter McCoglan), Adam Smith (Brenna), Maggie Matisak (Tom), Bradley Smith, Jessica Lampe (Randy), Hope Jones (Wes) and David Smith Jr. Don; his brother Bob Smith (Pat); his brother-in-law Bill Fisher of Willow Valley, PA.; and also, Carter, Carson Jones, Lorelei, Layne, Londyn Lampe and Tomas IV Matisak.
