He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Carolyn Olsen, Sr. (Hunt). He is survived by: his children, Kurt Olsen (Deborah), Bruce Olsen (Karen), Leslie Koharko and Christopher Olsen (Erika); and his grandchildren, Jessica, Samuel, Amanda, Benjamin, Katherine, Jennifer, Rebecca, Zachary, Elijah, Alec, Julia, Avery and Cameron.
