He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Hiser and Rae Hiser; his wife Leigh Ann Hiser; his children, Christopher Hiser (Mindy) and Shelley Biscotti (Mike); his stepson Shawn Lochary (Kari); his grandchildren, Tyler Biscotti, Brittany Padusi (George) and Krista Hiser; his great grandchildren, Chloe Padusi and Forrest Lochary; his sister Dianne Jones; and his pet Bailey. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
