He was predeceased by: his parents, George Frederick and Margaret Frederick (Frank). He is survived by: his wife Jenny Woolf Frederick; his brother Neil Frederick; his sons, Mark Frederick and Scott Frederick; his daughter-in-law Amy Frederick; and his granddaughter Gabrielle Frederick.
