She was predeceased by: her parents, George Clarence Neubauer and Mary Belle; her husband Kenneth Watts Bailey; her siblings, Robert, Clarence and Mary Louise; and her niece Mary Kay Vaughn.

She is survived by: her friends, David, Colleen George and Sarah George; and also Annie George Puskar. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews, and other extended family.
