He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vera Louise Farmer Kennedy and Joseph Cecil Kennedy; his wife Joyce Havenga Kennedy; his daughters, Shawn Kennedy Gordon (Randy) and Trea Robinson O'Malley (Michael); his granddaughters, Alexandra, Eliza and Kristen Robinson Murphy (Mark); and his great grandchildren, Jack and Logan.
Due to Covid, Joe's celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
