He is survived by: his wife Jenna Hall; his son Thomas Richard Hall (Missy); his stepson John Thomas Espey (Stacey); his grandchildren, Ashley LeFave (William), Erica Hall and Reed Espey; his great grandchildren, Mason and Gavin LaFave; and his sister Priscilla Myers (LaMar).
