He is survived by: his wife Nancy Coulbourne (Hearne); his daughters, April Coulbourne of Whaleyville, MD, Catherine Walling (Ryan) of Florida and Shauna Thomas (Seth) of Seaford, DE.; his grandchildren, T. J. and Savanah Frampton; and his great grandchild Ariana Brown.
