He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell H. Frazier Sr. and Florence Mae Frazier (Jewel); his sister Charlene Minnick; and his grandchildren, Lily Grace Masten and Greg Simmons, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Carol M. Frazier; his children, Jennifer Beesley of Berlin, MD, April Simmons of Marshall, VA, Laura Masten (Chris) of Milford, DE, Matthew Dillard of Arlington, VA and Jamie Frazier of Fairfax, VA; his siblings, Randy Frazier of Charleston, SC, Rusty Frazier of Virginia Beach, VA and Cherry Fortune; his grandchildren, Bailey Cashman, Sarah Beesley, Liam Masten, Noah Masten, Jesika Garcia and Samantha Alford; his sister-in-law Ginny Felin; and his friend Laurene Abent.
