He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Georgy and Kapitalina Prokofiev; his sibling Irina Mikhalenko; his child Sergey Prokofyev; his grandchild Nikita Prokofiev; his stepsons, Aron and Michael Hull; and his godchildren, Ross Bodnar and Olga Palko. He was also cherished by many loving friends and former co-workers.
