He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kelly and Kathleen Kelly; his significant other Lizabeth Cline; and his sister Kathleen Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Carrie Kelly (Peggy), Keith Kelly (Kathryn) and Ashli Cline; his brother Denis; his sister-in-law Sherie Kelly; and his grandsons, Bryce Tucker and Jack Kelly. He is also survived by family and wonderful friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Robert A. Pumphrey Funeral Homes, Inc. - Bethesda (7557 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda, MD 20814).
The family suggests that expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of a contribution to the Alzheimer's Association.
