He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis W. Chambers and Mary Lou Chambers; and his wife Carol R. Chambers. He is survived by: his brother Bill; his children, David Dean, Kathleen Louise, Kathy Bergeron (Michael) and Deborah Davies (William E., III); and his grandchildren, Marie Bergeron (Nick Becker), Larissa Cruz, Elena Kochnowicz (Zachary Haynes), Anastasia Kochnowicz, Nicole Bergeron, Alex Davies, Evan Davies and Olivia Davies.
