She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Maheux and Mary Maheux (Bilodeau); her daughter Carol Demeter; and her siblings, Gerald Maheux, Fleurange Renaud and Jacqueline Maheux.
She is survived by: her husband Nicholas George Chacos; her sons, Nicholas II of San Jose, California, Albert (Laura) of Columbia, Maryland and Michael (Andrea) of Edgewater, Maryland.; her sister Anita Simard Fournier of Lewiston; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Cary, Erin Chacos, Alexis Chacos and Ava Chacos.
