He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Jorge Pulupa (Tran) and René Pulupa (Ellen); his grandchildren, Vincent L. Pulupa (Rebecca), Diana T. Pulupa, Patrick E. Pulupa (Kaye), Marc P. Pulupa (Robin), Matthew C. Pulupa, Catherine María Pulupa (Ken) and Joan M. Pulupa (Tim); his great grandchildren, Dylan, Orson, Henry, Olivia and Benjamin; and his siblings, Nicolás, José M., Francisco and Rafael Pulupa. He was also cherished by many nephews, nieces, and their children.
