It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Webb C. Blevins (Betterton, Maryland), who passed away on June 4, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parent Mazie Perry Blevins; his wife Dorothy McNutt Blevins; his son Stephen W. Blevins (Bernadette) of Betterton; his siblings, Donald Blevins (Sandra) of Jarrettsville, MD and Hazel Brinegar (Harold) of Bel Air, MD; his grandson Kaleb Schultz; and also Tracie Blevins.
