It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanne Webster Leitch (Bivalve, Maryland), who passed away on December 21, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Virginia Webster and Richard Webster; her husband Jimmy Leitch; her children, Ginger Phippin and Donnie Phippin; her stepdaughter Rachelle Swope; her grandchildren, Taylor, Nathan, Brayden and Haedon; and her siblings, Debbie Parkin (Marty Bennett), Donna Dukes and Rick Webster. She was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
