He was predeceased by: his parent Floyd Bowman; his wife Beverly Jane Bowman; and his daughter Donna Faye Anderson. He is survived by: his parent Olive Bowman (Shilling); his son Wayne M. Bowman (Brenda) of Boonsboro, MD; his siblings, Olive Draper of Boonsboro, MD, Orpha Wade of Boonsboro, MD, Avella Lutz of Frederick, MD and Marshall Bowman of Boonsboro, MD; his grandchildren, Robert Wayne Bowman (Casey Bowman), Brittany Lee Bowman, Tiffany Jane Bowman, Stephanie Anderson Hare (Chadwick Reed Hare) and James Roger Anderson; and his great grandchildren, Brayden Lee Bowman, Ellena Jane Bowman, Hannah Taylor Hare and Aaron James Hare.
