He was predeceased by : his mother Wanda Lee Fraley Webber. He is survived by : his father Michael Victor Webber; his brother Michael S. Webber (Crystal); and his nieces and nephews, Laccy M. Hutzell (Dustin), Kara Webber (Xavier O. Bowins), Heather Webber (Tyler Darby), Michaela Webber, Lindi Webber (Jack B. Gertz), Tyler J. Webber, Dustin K. Webber, Jr., Ashlyn Webber and Cody Webber. He is also survived by 10 great-nieces and nephews.
