He is survived by : his brother Charles Thomas Smith; his sister-in-law Cheryl Haskell; his sister Marianne Smith Campanella; his brother-in-law Pietro Campanella; his nieces, Keira and Gianna; his brother Joseph William Smith; his sister-in-law Kristin Smith; his nieces, Skye, Alexa, Sophia and Francesca; and his nephew Aidan.

In lieu of flowers please make donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Thomas's name.
