Altizer and Sarah Altizer (Simpkins); her husband John Clifford Lavinder; her son Charles Irving Lavinder; her siblings, Roy, Shirley, Guy Shelor, Bentley, Charles Sherman Altizer, Vernice Lucas, Lola Tourigny, Norma Jean Wells, Nora Jones, Mellie Williams, Mary Lou and Mabel Altizer; her daughters, Mary Lavinder and Linda Lavinder Tavares (Todd); her daughter-in-law Karen Lavinder; her grandchildren, Jason Lavinder (Kenneth), Christopher Hume (Christie), Chelsea Miller (Cory), Justin Tavares and Jonathan Tavares; her brother-in-law Jimmy Wells; her cousins, Frank Sarver (Dorothy), Mary Skinnard (Janelle) and Janie Gullickson; and her friend Thelma Richards. She was also cherished by 5 great grandchildren.
