She was predeceased by: her parent Johnnie Bell Wofford. She is survived by: her husband Shane; her sons, Ryan and Justin; her siblings, Artrice Martin and Benny Wofford (Virginia); her nephew Tim Matthews, Jr.; and her stepchildren, Jason and LaFonda Jones. She is also survived by other cousins, relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests a donation to Chi Eta Phi Nursing Sorority, Inc. and/or National Cancer Society in her honor.
