Clarke (Burtonsville, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on September 13, 2018, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Michael J. Clarke. He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Blinkhorn; his daughter Julia L. Clarke; and his sisters, Carol E. Clarke and Jennifer M. Matheson. He is also survived by two nieces, one nephew and two great nieces.
