It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maria Despotides of Burtonsville, Maryland, who passed away on June 18, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband George Despotides; her daughter Lukia Leavitt; and her great grandchild Jacob. She is survived by: her daughters, Helen Jenkins (Cameron) and Irene Cusimano (Scott). She is also survived by six grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and many devoted family and friends.
Maria was very devoted to her faith, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Theodore Greek Orthodox Church, Lanham MD.
