She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Dick Miller, Sr. and Ethel Jeannette Raley Miller; her brothers, Ronnie Miller and Dick Miller, Jr.; and her husband Skip Dykes.
She is survived by: her siblings, Donna Miller Vencil (Jeff Brody) and Fred Miller, Sr. (Sandy Miller); her sister-in-law Donna Fairley; her stepchildren, Allison Fairley Bowen (Erik Bowen) and Evan Fairley; and her siblings' children, Diane Miller Thornley (Rusty Thornley) and Fred Miller, Jr. (Jen Miller).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association in Pam's name.
