It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosaria Hiers-Payne (Burtonsville, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on July 20, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Bonanno and Providenza Bonanno; her brothers, Antonio "Tony" Bonanno, Dr. Jack D Hiers and Oscar W Payne; and her grandson William Arrowood.
She is survived by: her daughters, Toni Silber (Ronnie) and Dr. Bonnie Hiers-Quattrone; her stepchildren, Julie Arrowood and Kevin Payne; her grandchildren, Dane Silber, Nicole Quattrone, Joseph Quattrone, Jared Silber and Sammy Silber; her brother Ted; and her sister-in-law Lynda Bonanno. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
We are so blessed to have such a wonderful mother who exemplified love, grace, forgiveness, charity, kindness, and fun.
