She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Parks Dean Jaglowski and Milton Watkins Dean, Sr.; her son David Allen (Mandy) of Cambridge; her grandchildren, William Spencer, Logan Ryan and Paige Elizabeth; her brother Milton Dean, Jr. (Mickey); her close friends, Renee and Richard Merritt; her son William W. Insley, Jr.; her stepfather Benjamin Jaglowski; her brother-in-law Odus Moore; and her siblings, John Dean (Jenna) of Evergreen Colorado, Elanie Drain (Jim) of Bear and Mildred Moore of Cambridge.
In lieu of flowers it was Barbara's wishes that any memorial donation be made to either the Spinda Bifida Association of the Mid-Atlantic Region or National Human Genome Research Institute, National Institutes of Health Building 4B09, 31 Center Drive, MSC 2152 900 Rockville Pike, Bethesda, MD 20892-2152.
