He is survived by : his siblings, Lenot Manokey of Cambridge, MD, Lawrence Manokey (Valerie) of Seaford, DE, Monica Wheatley of Pasadena, MD and Kimberly Jackson of Glen Burnie, MD; and his close friend Ellenor Vaughn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
